ReliaLab Test is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We work to design, build, and maintain relialabtest.com so that it is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or the technology used to access it.

Our Standard

Our goal is to meet Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities, and they benefit all users by making our site more usable in general.

Measures We Take

Accessibility on relialabtest.com is an ongoing effort. Steps we take to support that effort include:

  • Structuring pages with clear headings and consistent navigation
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and background
  • Labeling form fields so they work with screen readers and other assistive technology
  • Supporting keyboard navigation throughout the site
  • Reviewing new pages and features for accessibility before they go live

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas of the site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Third party tools, embedded content from our lab partners, and older documents are the most common sources of gaps. When we become aware of an issue, we prioritize a fix and update the affected page as soon as reasonably possible.
