We partner with Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, USDTL, ChildGuard, and other accredited laboratory providers to fulfill testing services.

Information You Provide Directly:

  • Full name, date of birth, and government-issued ID information required for test authorization
  • Email address used for electronic delivery of test authorizations and results
  • Billing address and payment information (credit/debit card) processed at checkout
  • Employer name and contact information for employer-ordered testing
  • ZIP code for collection site assignment and location services
  • Any information submitted through contact forms, account registration, or customer support inquiries

  • Email: Our results management platform stores and transmits test results and compliance data on our behalf
  • Payment Processors: Payment card data is transmitted to our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers
  • Background Check Providers: For employer background check services, information is shared with Continental Screening Services or other authorized providers
  • Legal and Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government regulation, including DOT reporting obligations under 49 CFR Part 40

For DOT-regulated testing conducted under 49 CFR Part 40, please be aware:

  • Test results for covered employees (FMCSA, FRA, FAA, USCG, PHMSA) are reported to employers and may be disclosed to the DOT and other federal agencies as required
  • Positive, adulterated, or substituted results are reviewed by a qualified MRO before reporting
  • Refusal to test is treated as a positive result under federal regulations
  • Federal law governs the confidentiality and disclosure of DOT-regulated test results
