I understand that once I have submitted my information and payment has been received this test will be non-refundable. I have read and understand the terms and conditions refund policy. I understand that most drug test orders are processed immediately. However, some drug test orders that require additional information may be processed on the following business day.

By accessing this website and/or purchasing any services from ReliaLabTest ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Trademark & Intellectual Property

• ReliaLabTest® and all associated names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and branding are the exclusive property of ReliaLabTest.
• No portion of this website or its content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
• All rights reserved © 2026 ReliaLabTest.

2. No Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR CHARGEBACKS WILL BE PERMITTED.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Services are deemed rendered upon issuance of a test authorization
• Failure to use a test authorization does not qualify for a refund
• Customer errors (including incorrect test selection, location issues, or failure to appear) do not qualify for refunds

At the sole and absolute discretion of ReliaLabTest, a Customer may be issued a one-time replacement authorization, which may include:

• A drug test authorization
• A drug screening voucher
• A passport order for testing services

Replacement authorizations:

• Are not guaranteed
• May be denied for any reason
• May be subject to expiration limits and additional conditions

3. Electronic Delivery & Customer Responsibility

All test orders and authorizations are delivered electronically via email to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

You agree that:

• Electronic delivery constitutes full and complete fulfillment of your order
• You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and valid email address
• You must check spam/junk folders prior to contacting support

ReliaLabTest is not liable for non-delivery due to:

• Incorrect or misspelled email addresses
• Email filtering, spam blocking, or server issues outside our control

4. Authorization Terms & Expiration

All test authorizations:

• Are time-limited and must be used within the stated validity period
• Are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly approved
• May require valid government-issued identification at the collection site
• Are subject to the policies and procedures of third-party collection facilities

Failure to complete testing within the authorization period will result in forfeiture of the purchase without refund.

5. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

ReliaLabTest coordinates testing services through third-party laboratories and collection sites. We:

• Do not control the operations, staff, or procedures of third-party facilities
• Do not guarantee availability, wait times, or specific locations
• Are not responsible for actions, errors, or omissions of third-party providers

All testing services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReliaLabTest shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or opportunity
• Delays, missed deadlines, or testing complications

Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from ReliaLabTest, you agree:

• Not to initiate chargebacks for valid services rendered
• That issuing a chargeback after receiving an authorization constitutes a breach of these Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Contest all chargebacks
• Provide proof of delivery and agreement to these Terms
• Suspend or permanently restrict future purchases

8. Privacy & Compliance

ReliaLabTest handles customer information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and industry standards. Testing services may involve sensitive personal data and are subject to:

• Applicable federal and state regulations
• Laboratory and collection site compliance requirements

9. Modifications to Terms

ReliaLabTest reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
